본 이용약관은 byeongju.kim이 운영하는 듀엣 앱 및 관련 서비스(이하 "앱")에 적용됩니다. 앱을 다운로드하거나 사용함으로써 본 약관에 동의하게 됩니다.
본 약관을 준수하는 조건으로, 서비스 제공자는 이용자에게 개인적·비상업적 목적으로 앱을 설치하고 사용할 수 있는 제한적·비독점적·양도 불가·철회 가능한 이용 허락을 부여합니다. 앱을 복제·배포·수정·역공학·역컴파일·분해해서는 안 됩니다.
서비스 제공자는 앱의 코드, 디자인, 상표, 로고, 브랜딩을 포함한 모든 지식재산권을 보유합니다. 본 약관의 어떠한 내용도 이용자에게 서비스 제공자의 상표 또는 로고에 대한 이용 허락을 부여하지 않습니다.
초대 코드로 파트너와 연결하면 다음 사항에 동의하는 것으로 간주합니다.
설정에서 언제든지 연결을 해제할 수 있습니다. 연결 기간 중 생성된 지출 기록은 삭제를 요청하지 않는 한 양측 모두 계속 열람할 수 있습니다.
앱은 개인 지출 기록 도구이며, 재무·투자·세무·법률 자문을 제공하지 않습니다. 지출 기록의 정확성은 이용자가 입력한 정보에 따라 결정되며, 서비스 제공자는 앱에 기록된 데이터를 근거로 한 판단이나 오류·누락에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
이용자는 다음 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.
본 약관을 중대하게 위반하는 경우, 서비스 제공자는 서면으로 통지하며 치유 가능한 위반의 경우 14일의 시정 기회를 부여합니다. 법령 위반, 지식재산권 침해 등의 경우 사전 통지 없이 즉시 접근을 정지할 수 있습니다.
앱을 이용하려면 만 14세 이상이어야 합니다. 만 14세 미만의 경우 부모 또는 법정대리인이 본 약관을 검토하고 동의해야 합니다.
관련 법령에서 허용하는 최대 범위 내에서, 서비스 제공자는 간접적·우발적·결과적 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다. 단, 과실로 인한 사망 또는 신체 상해, 사기 또는 허위 표현, 법령에 따라 배제할 수 없는 책임에 대해서는 전적으로 책임을 집니다.
앱은 현재 무료로 제공됩니다. 향후 유료 기능 도입 시 시행 전에 명확하게 고지합니다.
본 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석되고 적용되며, 분쟁 발생 시 서울중앙지방법원을 제1심 관할 법원으로 합니다.
서비스 제공자는 본 약관을 수시로 업데이트할 수 있으며, 변경 사항은 시행일과 함께 공지됩니다.

These terms apply to the Duet app operated by byeongju.kim (the "Service Provider"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
Subject to these Terms, the Service Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, modify, reverse engineer, or disassemble the app.
The Service Provider retains all intellectual property rights in the app, including code, design, trademarks, and branding. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use the Service Provider's trademarks or logos.
By connecting with a partner, you agree that:
You may disconnect at any time in Settings. Records created during the connection period remain accessible to both parties unless deletion is requested.
The app is a personal expense tracking tool and does not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. The Service Provider is not responsible for errors or decisions made based on data recorded in the app.

The Service Provider may suspend access for material breach of these Terms, with 14 days' notice to cure where possible. Immediate termination applies for violations of law or intellectual property rights.
You must be at least 14 years old to use the app.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service Provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Full liability is retained for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, and liabilities that cannot be excluded by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court.
These Terms may be updated periodically. Material changes will be communicated with an effective date.
